Nick Baker is Drumology’s principal drum set teacher. Bringing over 40 years of live playing & teaching experience, Nick has played in bands of varying styles including Rock, Pop, Blues, Soul, Latin & Jazz. His playing experience covers live performance, tribute bands, recording, radio, theatre, touring.

His teaching style brings out the best quality in every student. Whilst providing a structure and discipline to each lesson, he still makes it fun & encourages students to be creative and to develop their improvisation skills, stylistic playing, technique & reading ability.

Matt Ashforde

Founding Team Member, Compere

Matthew Ashforde is a an actor & theatre director and has lived in Barnet for the past 25 years. He made his professional theatre debut at the age of ten in Oliver! in London's West End. Since then his credits in theatre and television have been many and varied.

More recently Matthew has played the role of Mr Cranbourne in 3 series of Hetty Feather for the BBC. Matthew regularly teaches performance classes and audition technique at the London School Of Musical Theatre. Earlier this year Matthew co-founded the band Seven Ages which includes his two sons Alfie & Arthur.



Christine Lathwell

Founding Team Member, Project Organiser

Christine has had a varied career as a singer and backing vocalist for many bands, including touring, recording and TV.

She organises all our project management and social marketing, so is the go to person if you wish to get involved or ask any questions.
